Our vision is to establish a sustainable residential and resort development, while maintaining a symbiotic relationship with the local indigenous communities. To establish a “culinary mecca”, the first of its kind in Belize, whereby locals will be educated through a Culinary Institute to provide a higher level of food and beverage standards for the community, while also serving as employment for the locals. A sanctuary where special attention is given to the conservation of all fauna and flora, that inhabit the various fragile ecosystems found throughout the vast landscape of Kanantik. To erect an 18 hole golf course of championship caliber, that will be heralded as the regions best to escape to. An eco-friendly community that offers all owners a safe and active lifestyle, with an emphasis on holistic wellness, and outdoor pursuits. Our International Award-winning Development Team has planned amenities that will cater to every home owner’s needs and tastes.

Mango Springs Development, an eco-lifestyle developer, supports the principles of green living. Rather than compromising the natural beauty, lush landscapes, or water surrounding Kanantik Belize with damaging schedules, our team works closely with environmental engineers to ensure that we do no harm to the modern-day, Garden-of-Eden serenity of Kanantik Belize. We employ a best-practice approach to all aspects of our land development, ensuring sustainability of this unspoiled haven for generations to come.

Luke is an accomplished real estate entrepreneur whose expertise in international real estate sets him apart from most. Born in Australia, with a contractor/developer as his Father, Luke was naturally drawn to real estate. After ultimately choosing this direction for his own career, he went on to become an Executive Investment Director at a very young age with one of Australia’s largest residential real estate investment firms.

This led him to the United States in 2002 to head up their expanded operations in Irvine, CA. In 2005 Luke ventured to Las Vegas to open a brokerage on the world famous Las Vegas Strip where his company achieved over $550 million in sales in its first year. As the market went into decline, Luke’s contrarian view was to expose his clientele to international real estate with much greater opportunities in off-shore markets, with highly profitable results, while the US headed into a financial crisis. From here Luke found his niche of creating, educating and facilitating incredibly lucrative real estate opportunities in foreign markets and packaging it in a way that was accessible to every day investors.

In 2008, after searching for real estate’s “new frontier” Luke discovered Belize, and today is the owner and founder of the largest real estate development project in the entire country. Kanantik Belize will offer approximately 3,000 residential homesites and its legacy will see Luke and his team constructing the first 18-hole championship golf course in the country.

Aside from his passion for all things real estate, Luke loves to travel, cook, is an avid golfer and a diehard fan of Australian rules football. He is married with four boys and lives in Mesa Verde, California.
